Custom printed tape with logo is an increasingly popular product companies are looking to use for their business activities. There are many benefits to using this product in your business activities since it allows for your brand to stand out from competition and be at the top of mind for current customers.

The first thing customers have to recognize is if they have a problem or have something they might need. This is the most important step in the buying decision process since people will not buy something if they do not recognize a need for it. Once the problem or need has been identified, the next step then consists of trying to find a solution to their problem. One of the most common places people go to find options is on search engines or social media.

When customers are done their search, they usually narrow down their choices to a couple of different options. The amount of time spend on the different alternatives is highly dependant on the attitude of the customer and the amount of time they have to come up with a decision. If they have a positive attitude, their involvement is high; they will evaluate many different brands. But if it is low, only one will be evaluated.

It is now when the decision is made on which product or services to purchase after all the time spend researching. The more expensive a product, the more time will be spent looking into various brands and alternatives. According to Philip Kotler, there are only two ways the purchase decision will be disrupted so to speak. It can consist of acquiring negative feedback by someone and the level of motivation to accept the feedback. The source where you have heard the negative feedback can have implications on whether or not to place a lot of validity on it. For example, if you heard from your close friend or family member you trust about a certain product, it will greatly impact your purchase decision.

Once you do make the purchase, it is very common for customers to compare them with previous experiences they had with similar products. The post purchase behaviour is important since it is indicative of whether or not you will retain your clients or not. It is not uncommon for your client to experience cognitive dissonance and it is up to you to make them feel as though their purchase was worth it. Once you have clients that are satisfied, it will eventually turn into loyal to your brand.

That being said, all of the different ways customers can potentially interact with your brand will generate sentiments towards your brand.
